• I have understood and agreed to abide by the terms of the INVESTOCAFE Services Agreement below. This agreement is part of the Investor Application Form, which is generated once I confirm my registration. I am required to sign and send it to us.
• INVESTOCAFE may contact me by phone and/or E-mail/SMS in connection with my registration or any inquiry for verification, authentication or guidance.
• I agree that I will not use INVESTOCAFE's website for any purpose that is unlawful, or prohibited by these terms. I also agree that I will not use the site in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the website.
• I understand and accept INVESTOCAFE has the absolute discretion to amend or supplement any of the terms at any time and will give prior notice for such changes. Changed terms and conditions shall be communicated to me on the website and by other acceptable modes of communication. By using the services, I shall be deemed to have accepted the changed terms and conditions.
• I allow INVESTOCAFE to send promotional messages to all the contacts in my Phone book, any number of time, even after uninstalling the app from phone in future or after stopping to use any/all services from INVESTOCAFE, And allow INVESTOCAFE to use my name in such promotional messages which I may or may not be using ( for a particular service )and is offered by INVESTOCAFE, without any objection.
• We collect data about your interaction with the us using App or Browser under Terms of use. We collect certain data about your interaction with our website, your internet protocol address, Name, mobile, Pan, Bank Details, Occupation, Email, system activity, hardware settings, date and time of your request (Time Stamping) and other referral URL, cookies, and all other data that may uniquely identify your browser and mobile application. The data is used for alerts, promotional update or any notice pertaining to your request / services or for product development at our end. The information captured is also used to identify the user basis his / her email and mobile no and been encrypted and transmitted to our server using HTTPS protocol. We use information for Analytics, Processing of Mutual Fund and for regulatory purpose under the Indian law. Under no circumstances data is rented or sold. The data is shared for investment in mutual fund taken while opening investment account or while placing any request, all the vendors / parties and Investocafe are bound by the standard data security practices and procedures as we are under law and contract. We are bound by the Indian Information Technology Act and procedures to maintain security and safeguard your data.
• I allow INVESTOCAFE to use my Bank details to share with AMC / Registrar which is a part of KYC and investment, also with bank and RBI / NPCI for enabling ECS / Mandate for making regular investments for SIP or even for One time investments and enabling this facility even after uninstalling the app from phone in future offered by INVESTOCAFE, without any objection.
• We are registered as a corporate distributors of mutual fund with the Associations of Mutual Funds in India. AMFI Registration Number ARN-107383 under name INVESTOCAFE (www.investocafe.com) and these details are required as per AMFI guidelines.

Investor Information Secrecy Policy

1. At www.investocafe.com, We assure you complete safety and security of your personal information. When you register with INVESTOCAFE you need to fill in certain details pertaining to your personal information like email address, correspondence address, and financial information such as your bank account, PAN number or other payment details etc. These details are very much necessary for us to provide you the best investment platform online.
2. To keep your information secure, you will be provided with Login ID & password (which investor will create online) to access or update your account at INVESTOCAFE. This information of yours will be dealt by selected employees (who are bound to keep your credentials with supreme confidentiality) for execution of your investment or redemption orders.
3. The employees who deal with investors's credentials are bound by official secret obligations. They are subject to strict disciplinary action, including termination of employment, and criminal prosecution, if they are found in unlawful handling or compromise with personal information related to investors.
4. INVESTOCAFE has apt protective measures to guard against illegal or unauthorized access, disclosure and/or destruction of data. All stored information is properly encrypted and secured against unauthorized access.
5. INVESTOCAFE's "Investor Information Secrecy Policy" is bound by the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, and complies with all its provisions.
